The Basement Doctor Partners with the Capital Area Humane Society to Present 'Find-A-Friend' Dog Rescue

Giving back to the community has always been important to The Basement Doctor team, we're proud to announce our partnership with the Capital Area Humane Society and NBC4 to present 'Find-A-Friend'.

Each week on NBC4 in Columbus, we're providing the Capital Area Humane Society with airtime to help a loveable, homeless dog find a new forever home. In addition, we're providing a weekly supply of dog food to help the animal shelter. 

'We truly appreciate this opportunity to appear on Daytime Columbus with The Basement Doctor sponsorship. In just three weeks, the appearances have increased our visibility in the community as a place to adopt terrific pets; provided an opportunity for specific messaging regarding our mission on each show; and provided specific exposure for the animals appearing on the show, for example, Poochie from week 2 has been adopted and Duke the boxer from yesterday had a fan who came to the shelter after seeing the show to meet him.  He is on hold and awaiting adoption! In addition, you have provided us with the opportunity to promote the appearances each week on our FaceBook page and each week supplied us with much-needed dog food for our food bank.
