Project Description

Problem:

Andrew reached out to The Basement Doctor via Internet estimate request, to address some water seepage issues. Andrew was contacted by a Basement Doctor Representative to gather further details about the water seepage. Andrew stated that he had moisture in his basement running from a wall to the sump pump. His basement is partially finished, a block foundation, and has a working sump pump. He was advised that the best option at this point would be to have a project manager come out and examine the seepage. Andrew scheduled a free consultation with The Basement Doctor to find a solution for his water seepage issues.

Solution:

The Basement Doctor sent project manager, Curtis Cline, out for an assessment of the water seepage in the basement. Curtis is a seasoned project manager, whose experience helping homeowners made him a great fit for this project. Curtis had a main objective which was to examine the problem and offer a solution. After a thorough assessment; Curtis located the seepage, and suggested a new downspout line. Downspout lines drain water away from the home’s foundation and protect the home from water infiltration. The homeowners agreed to use The Basement Doctor as their contractor. Our Basement Doctor crew was on the job to ensure the downspout line was successfully installed. The homeowners were given the peace of mind that they needed, trust was earned, and the goal of customer satisfaction was achieved.
