I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Robert Forrest met with me originally to go over the issues he found in my home. Scott Freeland was assigned as the foreman for my job. Robert and Scott were both extremely helpful in answering any questions I had regarding the process. (and I had a lot of them!) I can honestly say all the times I had a question and would send a text they both were quick to reply and both offered to come over if I needed them to. Even after 3 weeks of my job being finished I had a question regarding my app notification and I texted Robert and he replied right away. I also appreciate the care that Scott and his team took in making sure my home was well taken care of during this major job. I know not all places offer this kind of customer service. I work in a customer service environment that has very high standards and I believe both Robert and Scott (and his team) met the customer service expectations that I'm held to in my job daily. Thank you Robert and Scott (and team) for a job well done! Give those guys a raise! :)

We appreciate the professionalism of Todd Stepp and Santos Calderon while working during the flood at our home. They were both very polite and had an excellent work ethic. The replacement of the sump pump and digging up the yard and taking care of the tree roots was the solution for us. We would definitely recommend the Basement Doctor to anyone who wants quality work done in their home. Thank you, Basement Doctor, we give you a 5 star rating.

I wish the rating could be higher than 5! Robert Forrest was my assigned PM and he did a GREAT job! Most importantly, he did not try to over sell me any thing. (much appreciated!) Grove City had a big storm the night Robert was at my home for the initial inspection. He found that one of my two sub pumps was not working and the other was slow. That night he tried to fix both, because he knew the amount of rain, my basement was going to get wet. He was off to a good start until the power went out. Robert went above and beyond my expectations by finding a generator and another sub pump for me to use until the return of power. Robert contacted me the next day and brought the second pump for insulation. He was great to work with and I appreciate his commitment to customer service!

Scott came out to my house and gave a thorough review of my basement repair needs. I have known for several years that I would need significant work done. Scott put me at my ease and explained what is needed in easy-to-understand terms. He showed me what I need and gave me the option of bypassing what I don't need and assisted me in assessing what I will need to have a plumber do, as well as seeking ways to save money where it can be saved. I have always read that Basement Doctor is top-of-the-line. My experience with Scott confirmed that for me. For the first time in many years, i feel good about what I am going to be doing with my basement.

Todd went above and beyond. My husband is elderly and fell on the ice when Todd was there. Todd checked my husband, asked if he hit his head, and asked if he needed to call an ambulance for him. My husband was fine other than a few scrapes but Todd still called me at work to let me know what was going on. I REALLY appreciate the excellent customer service and caring.

Full basement install completed within a week. Very pleased with results. Slight problem at the end was quickly fixed in a professional manner. Isaac and crew were very polite, salesman Mike was very informative and answered our questions professionally. Overall, would highly recommend The Basement Doctor to fix your needs!
