Basement Waterproofing in Columbus, OH

Wes was great! We are a small standalone condo association with about 25 homes. A number of people have remarked that they have had water issues in their basements and we asked Wes to take a look. Wes and I walked the neighborhood and he pointed out why we might be having issues like downspouts and sump pumps not connected to the run off connectors; yards not pitched properly so water runs away from the house, etc. We then met with a homeowner and looked at his water issues, and discovered that the yard was not pitched properly so water was running towards his home versus away and he had insulation on the walls which contributed to a musty odor in the home. I was very impressed with the frankness and honesty of Wes and we will definitely call him if his simple solutions do not solve our issues!
