Inspected my basement for leakage. Basement doctor came to my house and found the issue was with the downspouts. They advised me to add/ replace gutter extensions onto the downspouts and that would fix the problem. Total cost of doing that was about $10.00 and 20 minutes of time on my part. Basement doctor talked me out of doing anything else. Their solution worked; I appreciate their honestly and not taking advantage of the situation to up-sell me on work I didn’t need.
