We were experiencing a wet spot in the carpet in the middle of our basement floor. Nathan from the Basement Doctor came out and identified the problem as a loose cooper pipe in the sump pump closet and a loose fitting on the sump pump discharge. He did a very thorough evaluation and suggested we could fix our problem by calling a plumber directly. I really appreciated his honesty and his desire to save us money.
