I had a couple of leaks in the basement after heavy rain. The sales rep explained how water was coming in and what they could do to resolve the problem. After I scheduled the repair, the guy who was going to do the work (Santos) came by to see first-hand what needed to be done. On the day of the job, he covered the floors leading to the basement and put up a plastic barrier around the work areas. He explained everything he was doing, and cleaned up afterward. From initial call to completion of the job, everyone I talked to knew what they were doing and they all were very respectful. I highly recommend The Basement Doctor.
