I highly recommend the Basement Doctor! They are thorough but don’t try to upsell you something you don’t need. There are no high-pressure sales tactics either. The work was done in a timely fashion. The work area was cleaned up at the end of every workday. All of their employees were pleasant and respectful. It turned out my water infiltration problem wasn’t straightforward or easy to track down, but that wasn’t a problem for Rob, the foreman on the job. He was persistent and kept exploring until he found the root cause of the problem. With his expertise, the issue was addressed, and a sump pit, pumps, and waterproofing were installed. Now I look forward to a dry basement no matter how much it rains! I can’t say enough good things about the workers, especially Rob & Chase, two exceptional foremen. They worked tirelessly, communicated continuously, and demonstrated fantastic customer service skills. Thanks guys!
