Bowing wall in Circleville, OH

The Basement Doctor was a very professional group of individuals that came into our home, fixed a problem with a bowing wall in our basement and was out in 3 1/2 hours. It started with Chris C****, the Project Manager. He came in, took some pictures and gave us a price to fix the problem. He then told us that a job foreman would be in contact within 2 weeks to set everything up for the job. Eight days later I received a phone call from Mark G****** to come out to check out and scope the job. He told us he would be back in three days with a crew at around 8:00 am to start the job. On May 13th, 2016 he was promptly at my house at 7:45 am with Craig R*** and Final S******* and they commenced work on the job. Not one time did I hear Mark have to say anything to his two workers. They worked as a well-oiled “TEAM” and got the job done in 3 1/2 hours. They cleaned up the mess and was on to the next job. We couldn’t be happier with the work that was done and the Professionalism that was displayed. Great Team and Great Job. Thank you for being so professional!!!
