Cracks in Basement foundation in Galena, OH

I’ve had multiple contractors come out that recommended I look at some cracks I was getting in the wall of my unfinished basement. Finally, I got to calling the Basement Doctor and Wes Martin came out to check out the problem. He was very honest saying it wasn’t a major problem right now, it was just something we needed to keep an eye on in the next few years to see if it gets worse. I was shocked and very happy when it was recommended to leave it alone, as normally I would expect companies to try at all costs to get work out of this. Wes was very professional, courteous, and punctual. I will call The Basement Doctor first for all my basement needs in the future. Thank you!
