We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Basement Doctor. The previous owner of our house had them install a basement drainage system and it works fine. When we moved in, we had them put a vinyl lining over the dirt floor in the crawl space and they did a great job (they also went above and beyond: removing and disposing of a full water heater that the previous owner had just dumped in the crawlspace). They have also been very fair and honest, letting us know that we can wait on doing this or that, alerting us to coupon discounts that we didn’t know about, etc. We will continue to use them.
