Encapsulation in New Albany, OH

We just got our basement crawl spaces encapsulated with The Basement Doctor. Charlie was our second quote. The first from a competitor and the 3rd was scheduled after Charlie came out. Charlie from start to finish was knowledgeable, competent, and trustworthy. The amount of money you will spend on this project is A LOT. I have high expectations because it’s my home and the foundation is a priority to us. We had a smelly and dingy crawl space. We wanted fresh air and reduce the risk of rodents in our home. The Basement Doctor blew OBA out of the water and the 3rd company I canceled. We did our research and I could not be more impressed. The field crew with Zack and the other guys were just as top-notch. They were respectful and professional. They kept our house clean even with the 40 buckets of stone they had to bring in to level the crawl space. I don’t write reviews often, but with the expense and the fact it’s your foundation involved, I couldn’t help but pass my experience forward. Thank you, Basement Doctor, Charlie, Zack, and crew! We have peace of mind!
