Wes came out to inspect some cracks in our block foundation that I was a little uneasy with. We haven’t had any signs of water intrusion or obvious issues, but with a major home remodel starting up, I wanted to have the foundation checked out by a professional. After a visual inspection of the situation, Wes didn’t recommend any costly fixes or remediation, basically recommended getting a $5 tube of caulk to seal the small cracks and monitor them occasionally to ensure they aren’t growing or shifting. Wes was on-time, professional, personal and honest. Although we didn’t end up enlisting their services, I now “have a guy” if we should ever have any real basement/foundation issues needing professional attention.
