Installed a new sump system in my basement. in Columbus, OH

The service from the Basement Doctor employees was very good, from the time I called to request an estimate, to the scheduling of appointments, up to the finished project. Both Robert Forrest, my project manager, and Gary Monroe, my foreman, were excellent at explaining what they were doing.. They dug a larger sump opening, put in a sump basin and installed a new sump system, including an overflow outside. My sump pump always runs frequently because of my location. One nice result now is that it is so quiet that I don’t hear it upstairs. I will know later if this is system is reliable and does the job we’re hoping for.
