Outstanding Customer Service in Portsmouth, OH

I live approximately two hours from this business and called them for help on a basement that had water that was getting in it. Jesse, Project Manager, came down to give me a free estimate, but he did way more for me than that. Once he looked at everything and seen that there was a sump pump that was possibly clogged, he put on Muck boots and didn’t hesitate to jump in and see if he could figure out the problem. He was able to get the sump pump to start draining all the water out and advised me on what to check into before I went the route of having more extensive work done. I appreciate his eagerness to go over and beyond to help someone and his honesty. He explained everything to me so that I could make the right decision on the next step in getting my problem fixed. I didn’t comment on value at the top because I didn’t pay for anything yet with this business, but I will definitely recommend to anyone who is having problems with their basement to call Jesse at The Basement Doctor, and I will definitely be calling him again if I have anymore issues.
