After my experience of five times flooding this year in my basement I knew I had to do something. I remembered seeing the Basement Doctor ad on TV and decided to call for a consultation. Robert Forest was assigned as my initial consult and inspection. Robert spent quality time in resolving all the issues I had going on. He was very helpful, genuinely concerned and answered all of my questions even before I asked them. I can not express enough gratitude and appreciation for getting the job done so quickly. Foreman Gary Monroe and his crew Wesley and Matthew were assigned the work at my house. Their professionalism, excellent work ethic, politeness and care for my house was so much appreciated.
