Waterproofing in Bellevue, OH

I called the Basement Doctor because the water was pooling outside my garage door, then meandering into my basement through certain, but unknown, channels. We decided to install a vehicle-rated grate and channel the outside water across my backyard into an existing sinkhole/ cistern. They arrived exactly on schedule (9:30) this morning, a crew of 4 (Mason, Salvador, Louis, and Parker.) Each one seemed to know what his job was and they were finished, cleaned up, and gone by 1:30. I will not drive across the grate until tomorrow, but everything appears just as promised. When we get our first hard rain will be the test.
