We had a crack in our basement wall for some time. We finally called The Basement Doctor due to having friends who had used them. We were very impressed with the professionalism of Charlie Murphy, the Senior Project Manager and his knowledge. He told us what was needed and did not try to upsell us. No pressure at all. The crew arrived the next day lead by the Foreman, Jamison Read. They were professional and made certain that they cleaned up when they left. Very efficient and completed the in 2 hrs 45 Min. Tyler was on time and very professional and was very thorough in explaining the process of our sump pump installation and how it works.  He and his crew worked together to complete the installation of our first sump pump. They were careful to be as clean as possible and pointing out the workings inside and out and what to do when it's cold out. Installed a sump pump.  Workers were friendly, polite and worked well together.  They explained everything they did and cleaned everything up before they left.
