Zach was the foreman, he came out, was very professional. He had Matt working with him, they were very concerned about the cleanliness of the job site. They were very good about making sure everything was clean and tidy and that I was happy with everything they did both days they were out. I was here when the project was going on, Zach was very helpful by telling me exactly what the process was and what they were going to get done. They also told me their time frames and checked back in with me, several times that day to make sure I knew what was going on, if I was happy, and once again checking on the cleanliness of the project.

We are all going through a rough time this corona epidemic is so sad and devastating. What gives me a sense of security, you have good people, kind people, like the basement doctor, that care about people in need. No one should have to fret or worry about catching this horrible virus.

All the way through I felt like I was treated with respect. I felt like I didn’t have to always go back and double check. But I will tell you, your workers were a very very nice respectful bunch of people, and because you can hear things up through the floor, they did something that I hadn’t seen, and I had a lot of work done on things. They laughed. They were down there joking with one another and saying nice things to one another, and it was like, all right. And when you have workers that way, you’re treating them right and they will do a better job for you.

Rich and his crew were very polite, timely, and respectful to me and my house. They also listened to my input and ideas. Just a great group of men! Thank you all!
