Work Experience:

Project Manager, Greg Pappas has nearly 20 years of experience in the waterproofing and home repair service industry. Before The Basement Doctor, most of his career had been in residential construction. He started as a construction superintendent and grew into a role where he would perform quality control inspections and trouble shoot warranty work. As a Project Manager, Greg enjoys teaching homeowners new things about their home, and how various systems work, to help them to better maintain and prevent unhealthy situations. His motivation to help and experience in restoring failed systems gives him insight into helping our customers. He appreciates the importance of listening to our customers and trying to understand their long-term goals to find the best solution for them.
